Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items may be tried on for fit but must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached and the original product bag/box included. Please keep the original product bag/box, as it is required for returns.
How to start a return
Contact Us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Not eligible
Items that have been washed, damaged, stained, altered, or show signs of extended wear are not eligible for return. All original tags must remain attached, and the original product bag/box must be included. All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. If a returned item does not meet these requirements, the refund may be denied. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to have an ineligible returned item sent back to them.
